Professional Photoshoot

- Our team will book one of our partners to take professional photos
- Our team manages the on site meeting and communication with photographer
- Cost includes basic photos of all rooms and outside of home up to 2,000 sq ft
- Does NOT include drone, floorplans or matterport 3D model. All are available at an additional cost

- Design + Print 2x Copies of Hardcover Guidebook for the property outlining local hotspots & legal requirements
- Guidebooks are required for all listings in City of Fort Lauderdale, City of Hollywood and most Florida municipalities

Sound Monitor Installation

- We use MINUT monitors, as per the partnership/integration with AirBnB
- Installation is $250 and monthly monitoring is $20/month including automation

- Installation is $350 and monthly monitoring and automated code generation included in all of our Management Plans!
Smart Camera Installation

- Included Camera is a Ring Stick Up with Solar Power. Does not require power.

- Our team will purchase and install eero Smart Home WiFi devices
- eero Recommends 3 routers per average 1,500 sq ft home, but we can add more or less as needed to ensure the home has WiFi thorughout!
- eero can be controlled remotely and allows Remote Management, which is included in our Management Plans!
