  • eero Recommends 3 routers per average 1,500 sq ft home, but we can add more or less as needed to ensure the home has WiFi thorughout!

All leases will require insurance from our renters. If an dock is damaged, our team will assist in coordinating the damage claim with insurance and the property owner

Our team is on call 24/7 for emergencies. We have a network of trusted contractors to address repairs promptly, ensuring minimal disruption for Dock Owners or Renters.

We require a signed lease and copy of the insurance for our owners. As fellow dock owners we want our owners covered!

Absolutely! Owners can block off dates for personal use through our platform with advance notice, ensuring availability for your needs. All owners have real time access to the booking calendar synced across all platforms.

Regular maintenance checks are conducted. Any issues are addressed promptly to avoid inconveniences to guests and prevent further damage.

Our cancellation policy is designed to protect both the owner’s and guest’s interests, with terms clearly outlined in the rental agreement. Refunds are subject to these terms.
